HIFAS-Detox contains bioactive compounds extracted from maitake (Grifola frondosa) and polypore (Polyporus umbellatus) mushrooms. These compounds include ß-(1-3),(1-6) D-glucans, α-glucans, triterpenoids, ergothioneine and ergosterol, which is a precursor of vitamin D. The product is optimised with natural vitamin C from acerola (Malpighia glabra), which serves to increase the bioavailability of the mushroom extracts and therefore boost their effectiveness.
