Lifeplan Lutein Optimum Strength 15mg contain a high concentration of the xanthophyll carotenoid Lutein which is believed to have a number of antioxidant properties which can help maintain good eye health.

Lutein is a carotenoid derived from the plant pigment xanthophyll. It is found naturally in the eye and is required for normal vision and macular pigmentation. The lutein present in this supplement is a special type, called xangold. This is the most easily absorbed form of lutein.

This product contains no added sugar, salt, dairy, yeast, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and is suitable for vegans.

Directions

As a supplement, take one capsule daily, with a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Each capsule provides: Lutein 15mg, Zeaxanthin 7mg.
